The IST is a Professional and Public Higher Institution which works in Science and Engineering. It provides the CAR with most executives holding Professional Licenses in Civil, Industrial, Computer, Mining and Geological Engineering.

through our Center is working with the support project for the Criminal Court Special UNDP as part of the popularization of the said Court.
